Processor Partners

Multi-processor placement is the product.

Most ISOs are mono-processor: they sell whichever backend they're contracted with, full stop. We aren't. FinCo runs five processor relationships in parallel, and every merchant placement is the result of an underwriting and economics comparison across the lineup. The merchant always wins.

Our Lineup

Five processor relationships. One placement decision per merchant.

Each partner is here for a reason — their underwriting strength, their pricing structure, their hardware ecosystem, or their vertical-specific edge.

Hawthorn

Global Payments · TSYS

The primary cash-flow processor. Strongest bonus stack, deepest hardware ecosystem, broadest vertical fit. Default placement for most retail and restaurant SMB unless there's a reason to go elsewhere.

Netevia

Fiserv North

Fiserv-backed. Strong for accounts where the back-end matters and where Hawthorn underwriting is tight.

Luqra

Solutions in Payments · TSYS

TSYS-backed. Used for accounts where the Solutions-in-Payments pricing structure wins on a specific volume profile.

Cliq

Solutions in Payments · Fiserv North

Solutions-in-Payments on Fiserv North. Complementary placement when Luqra isn't the right TSYS fit.

PayArc + Humble Payments

Fiserv · Coming soon

Expanding the Fiserv side of the lineup for additional placement flexibility on tougher underwrites.

Why Multi-Processor Matters

The merchant inherits the optionality, not the lock-in.

A single-processor ISO has exactly one answer to every merchant's question. If their processor doesn't underwrite your industry, you don't get a deal. If their processor's hardware doesn't fit, you compromise. If their processor's pricing model isn't right for your card mix, you overpay.

A multi-processor ISO can match the placement to the merchant. That's a structurally better outcome for every merchant we onboard — and it's why our merchant life is longer than the industry average. Long merchant life is the engine of every other thing we promise.
