Equipment & POS

Everything we can actually put on your counter.

Terminals, registers, POS systems, gateways and the software that runs on them. Most of it we place directly; a few platforms take card payments only through their own processing, and we mark those so you know before anything changes. The bench keeps growing, and merchants already with us get first access to what we build next.

The Catalog

Sorted by what it actually is.

Hardware first, then the software and gateways that run on it. Several brands make more than one thing — Clover, Square, Valor, Genius, SwipeSimple and Charge Anywhere each span hardware, software or their own gateway — so they appear in both lists, each labeled with its categories. Pick a brand and its full lineup opens directly beneath it.

Hardware & POS

Terminals, registers, PIN pads and readers. Pick a brand to see every model we place.

Software & Gateway

Point-of-sale software, gateways and the layers that sit between your business and the processor. Several of these also make hardware — they appear in both lists on purpose.

Before you switch

Two questions decide how easy this is: your contract, and who owns the box.

Most merchants don't know the answer to either one until someone reads the paperwork with them. They matter more than the hardware itself, so it's worth being straight about both.

If you own your hardware outright

This is the strong position, and it changes how hard we can push. Owned equipment means no swap, no downtime, no re-training your staff — so the whole conversation becomes rate. We get aggressive when there's nothing to unwind, because there's no cost sitting between you and a better number.

If you're leasing or renting the terminal

Leased equipment usually can't move with you, and terminal leases are frequently the single most expensive line in the whole relationship. In most cases the honest path is a swap onto owned hardware. We'll show you the lease cost against the switch cost and let the math decide.

If you're inside a contract term

There may be an early termination fee, and you're entitled to know the number before you decide anything. We read the agreement, find the ETF, check whether it's actually enforceable, and put it next to the savings so you're comparing like with like.

ETF buyout & termination assistance

Depending on the account, there are options: buyout assistance, timing the move to a term boundary, or simply waiting it out when the math says wait. This is a consulting conversation, not a sales one — sometimes the answer is that you should stay put for now.

Send the agreement with your statement and we’ll find the ETF →

Not sure what you signed or what you own? Send the agreement along with your statement — reading it is part of the free analysis, and you'll get a straight answer either way.

The economics

Most merchants pay nothing for the hardware.

Whether the equipment, software or gateway comes free usually comes down to your volume, your ticket size, and how long you're with us — and for most merchants, the answer is that we place it at no cost. We fold the gateway's overhead, and in most cases the account-on-file fees, into what we earn from the placement rather than passing them to you. We'd rather absorb it and keep the relationship than nickel-and-dime the setup.

We won't promise "free for everyone" in writing — the honest answer depends on your numbers. But tell us your volume and what you need, and we'll tell you exactly what it costs you. Usually: nothing.

How the bench works

The list grows, and the honesty doesn't move.

We add new solutions constantly — hardware, gateways, and software integrations go on the bench as the relationships come together. Want something you don't see here? Tell us. We'll vet it, and if it's right for you we'll add it and place you on it at the most favorable price point we can get — not talk you into whatever's already on our list.

The flip side is just as honest: when a platform we're not set up to sell is genuinely the best fit for your business, we say so and help you keep it. That answer costs us the deal and keeps the relationship — and we choose that path every time.

A growing part of the bench is our open-referral software network: platforms we connect with directly — they sell their product, we integrate the payments cleanly underneath, and you get one setup instead of two vendors pointing at each other. We're adding these every month.

More we place: checked and ready.

This is how the catalog grows. Everything below has been checked against the maker's own site: the product is current, it runs on processing we can provide rather than only the maker's own, and we have a way to bring it to you, whether through the maker's partner program, its distributors, or the gateway underneath it. None of it is on our catalog yet. Ask about any of it and we'll confirm the fit, the terms and the certification with our processors before anything is set up.
