Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-06-21. We collect the minimum we need to serve you, store it carefully, and never sell it to anyone.
Who we are
This site is operated by FinCo Payment Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company headquartered at Austin, TX 78728. We do business as FinCo Payments and FinCo Payment Group.
What we collect
We collect three categories of information, and only when you give it to us:
- Contact information — your name, business name, email, and phone number when you submit a form on this site.
- Statement files — the merchant-processing statement PDFs you upload for analysis.
- Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, pages requested) for security and basic analytics. We may use Cloudflare's edge analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful.
We do not collect financial account numbers, processor MIDs, or merchant credentials through this site. Anything sensitive is exchanged directly with you outside the website.
How we use it
Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry, analyze your statement, and follow up if you've asked us to. Statement files are read by FinCo personnel (currently Drew Wisniewski) to produce your savings analysis. We delete uploaded statements on request. Usage data helps us improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Period. We share information only with:
- Service providers we use to operate the site (Cloudflare for hosting, Formspree for form delivery, Google Workspace for email).
- Processor partners — only when you've explicitly engaged us to place you on a processor (in which case we share what's required to get the application approved).
- Law enforcement if required by a valid legal request.
How we protect it
Uploads travel over TLS. Statement files are stored in a private FinCo inbox accessible only by authorized FinCo personnel, never indexed by search engines, never posted to a public location. We follow standard industry security practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Correct or update that information.
- Delete it (subject to any legitimate business or legal need to retain it).
- Stop contacting you.
Email drew@fincopayments.com with the request. We respond promptly.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, when appropriate, post a notice on the site.
